It was Monday morning. First day of hanging Resisting Is Art<\/em> <\/strong>at Wolverine Farm Publick House<\/u><\/a> \u2014 and the car had other plans.<\/p>

A flat tire.<\/p>

What is Resisting Is Art<\/em>?<\/h3>

A series of collages. Two and a half years in the making. It grew as Gaza kept bleeding.<\/p>

The first two pieces debuted in March 2024 in Fiorano, Modena. Today, the series has grown to thirteen works. And now \u2014 for the first time \u2014 it hangs in the USA.<\/p>

Why Collages?<\/h3>

Sculptures take too long. Everything happens too fast.<\/p>

I started making these collages when I needed to funnel the energy of watching a live-streamed genocide. Each day. Each hour.<\/p>

Constant, relentless killing. Blood. Faith. Prayers. Suffering. Impunity. Lies. Children deliberately shot. Babies. Do you remember the day Israel cut power to Al-Shifa Hospital, leaving premature babies in the incubators to die? Late November 2023. I do.<\/p>

The art is about. <\/strong>Gaza. Palestine. And the refusal to look away.<\/p>

From Wall to Wearable<\/h3>

The art on the wall is not exactly the art on your chest. It evolves.<\/p>

We adapt it. Small changes. Additions. Text shifts. Color adjustments. What hangs in the gallery is the seed. What arrives on your shirt is the bloom \u2014 still carrying the same DNA, but refined for a different life.<\/p>

You are wearing a collage that hung in a gallery \u2014 then was reimagined. You are wearing a flat tire overcome. You are wearing a refusal to look away, translated from wall to wearable.<\/p>

We set a goal for this show: $2,000<\/strong>.<\/p>

100% <\/strong>of proceeds from the small-sized prints on display at the Wolverine Farm Publick House go directly to charity in Gaza. As well from our Hero Collection <\/a>for women<\/u><\/a> and men<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>

The exhibition is free to visit. April 3rd through April 29th. Bring your children.<\/p>
